1. Acceptance of Terms

We accept deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 3.2 Withdrawals

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. okbets will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify errors but is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, including but not limited to server errors, communication failures, or software defects.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

2. Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
3. Failure to provide required verification documents
4. Providing false or misleading information
5. Engaging in activities harmful to okbets or other users

Upon termination, all outstanding balances owed to okbets become immediately due and payable. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of any suspected violations or fraudulent activity.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the okbets platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. 11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transactions conducted through okbets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by okbets of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and okbets's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. okbets may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without restriction.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and okbets concerning your use of the Platform.
